This natural Imperial Topaz crystal comes from Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais, Brazil, with a delicate pink to peach-pink body colour that moves into warmer salmon and orange tones depending on the angle and light. The crystal is unusually transparent for its size, with a slender elongated form, strong natural longitudinal striations and good lustre across the prism faces.

At 6.7ct, it is a small thumbnail specimen, but the combination of pink colour, clarity and elegant crystal form gives it much more presence than the weight suggests. A dark natural inclusion near the upper end adds character, alongside smaller internal inclusions and fractures. The upper termination is incomplete rather than perfectly preserved, and this is shown clearly in the photographs. You will receive the exact natural crystal pictured.
