Natural characteristics and variations inherent to mineral specimens, including but not limited to colour zoning, pleochroism, inclusions, contact marks, fluorescence, crystal irregularities and other naturally occurring mineral features, are not defects and do not constitute faults for the purposes of returns, refunds or exchanges.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
The exact specimen supplied must be returned in its original condition.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges are not offered as standard.
Due to the unique nature of mineral specimens, customers are encouraged to review all photographs, measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
We are happy to provide additional photographs, videos, daylight images, UV images or images from specific angles upon request before purchase.
