Fluorite crystal, blue purple phantom cubes, butterfly pocket, okorusu mine, namibia
£99.99
1 in stock
A compact Butterfly Pocket fluorite centred around a striking blue-teal cube with a dark interior, violet-purple phantom zoning and paler translucent outer growth. Smaller intergrown cubes surround the main crystal, creating considerably more depth than its 3.1 cm size might suggest.
From the Butterfly Pocket at the Okorusu Mine in Namibia, this specimen shows the characteristic contrast that makes the material so distinctive: saturated blue and teal fluorite interrupted by darker internal zones and flashes of violet. Turning the specimen reveals different layers of colour through the overlapping cubic growth.
