A large cabinet fluorite specimen from the Emilio Mine in Asturias, Spain, measuring approximately 16 cm at its longest point and weighing around 1 kg. The surface is densely covered with cubic fluorite, giving the piece considerable depth and presence from several viewing angles.

The fluorite ranges from almost colourless to very pale blue-lilac, with transparent to translucent crystals, bright lustre and extensive stepped cubic growth. Larger cubes rise above layers of smaller intergrown crystals, while small white secondary mineral growths occur naturally between them. Despite its size and complexity, no obvious significant damage is visible across the main display faces.
