This natural brookite in quartz specimen comes from Minas Gerais, Brazil. A prominent bronze-brown brookite blade runs across the front of the quartz cluster, with smaller bladed crystals visible against and partly within the quartz. The dark metallic mineral contrasts clearly with the pale quartz and can be seen without magnification.

The 60 g specimen is formed from several intergrown quartz points rather than a single crystal. Its appeal lies in the combination of visible brookite, natural quartz terminations and a balanced cluster shape, making it an unusual example for collections of inclusion quartz, Brazilian minerals and natural mineral associations.
