These natural green barite crystals show vivid inclusions of malachite and chrysocolla, creating a mix of colours and textures that stands out in any collection. Their raw crystal form and contrasting tones make them appealing for both collectors and those drawn to natural healing crystals.

Collected in 1990 from the now-closed Shangulowé Mine in Katanga Province, Democratic Republic of Congo, these pieces represent a rare combination of minerals no longer found in modern production. Each specimen carries both aesthetic and historical value, making them a unique addition for display or study.

Provenance and rarity

Mined over 30 years ago from a site that is no longer active, these crystals are limited in availability. The combination of barite with chrysocolla and malachite makes them especially desirable, with scarcity adding to their long-term collector value.

Metaphysical properties

Barite is linked with grounding and calming energy, while malachite is associated with protection and transformation. Chrysocolla is often valued for encouraging communication and emotional balance. Together, these minerals are said to support clarity and resilience.
