Faden quartz crystal, swiss alpine quartz, clear quartz cluster, natural quartz specimen, crystal point, collector mineral from switzerland

• One-off natural mineral specimen. You will receive the exact piece shown in the photos.
• Selected for colour, form and display appeal. Once sold, it will not be restocked.
• Photographed under neutral lighting to show accurate colour and clarity.

This is a natural Swiss Alpine Faden quartz crystal cluster from Piz Beverin in Graubünden, Switzerland. The specimen has a broad milky faden running through clearer quartz, surrounded by elongated crystal points and parallel secondary growth. At just over 5 cm long it has a much more substantial presence than many smaller Faden pieces, with the clear and milky areas giving the internal structure plenty of contrast.

What I particularly like about this one is the layered growth. Rather than a single simple quartz point, several crystals have developed together around the central faden structure, producing stepped faces, multiple natural terminations and a really interesting shape from different angles. Internal veils are visible through the clearer sections, while the combination of Faden formation, Alpine growth and Piz Beverin provenance makes this a lovely example of Swiss quartz with plenty of natural character.

Metaphysical Properties

Faden quartz is traditionally associated with connection, resilience and continuity through periods of change. Its characteristic internal thread is often viewed symbolically as representing healing and restoration, while clear quartz is commonly associated with clarity, focus and energy amplification.
