This natural golden-orange Imperial Topaz crystal from Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais, Brazil has a strong honey-gold to orange colour and an unusually substantial form for its size. The crystal retains a particularly attractive natural termination, with several clearly defined sloping faces meeting across the top and strong natural growth markings visible across both the termination and prism faces.
At 10.2ct, this is a compact but broad-bodied collector specimen with good lustre and areas of strong transparency. Natural internal growth features, reflective fracture planes and mineral inclusions are visible throughout, together with some contact and surface irregularity along one side. These features have been left exactly as formed and are shown clearly in the photographs.

Metaphysical Properties
Imperial Topaz is traditionally associated with confidence, motivation, abundance and personal power. It is often used metaphysically by people focusing on ambition, creativity and the confidence to follow through on new ideas.
Golden and orange Topaz is also traditionally linked with optimism, vitality and prosperity, particularly through associations with the solar plexus and sacral chakras. These are traditional metaphysical beliefs rather than scientifically established properties.
