This natural golden-orange Imperial Topaz crystal comes from the Vermelhão Mine, Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais, Brazil, and retains an attractive natural termination with strongly textured growth faces. Its colour moves through warm peach-orange, honey-gold and richer golden-orange tones, with a brighter yellow-gold window visible through the centre of the crystal.

At 9.5ct, this is a compact but substantial thumbnail mineral specimen with a stout prismatic form, good transparency and strong natural longitudinal striations. The crystal contains natural internal inclusions, reflective growth features and small fractures, while the terminal faces show natural etching and minor contact rather than a perfectly pristine finish. The combination of warm colour, broad crystal form and preserved natural termination gives it strong collector appeal.
